Hangar Automation

Getting the most out of your hangar requires functionality.   We have helped hangar owners install wireless switches to control airplane engine heaters that can be remotely turned on and off.  This ensures that the engine oil is warmed prior to cold starts to minimize engine wear during cold temperature operations.

Additionally, wireless thermostats allow for remotely controlled temperature setting and monitoring.

Additionally, security cameras can remotely monitor your hangar and alert you to any activity.

Security and Remote Monitoring

Wireless security systems and cameras allow you to be notified of any activity at your hangar, from doors or windows opening, to motion detection and tracking and recording.

Hangar layouts for airplane combinations

Hangar owners often rent out space in their hangar to decrease costs, or to provide a revenue stream.  Using 3D computer software, we can investigate how different airplane combinations will fit into your hangar.

Animations of Airplanes Being Put Into a Hangar

Putting an airplane into a hangar with other airplanes or vehicles already inside a hangar requires skill and a familiarity with the handling properties of your particular airplane.

Using properly scaled computer models of different airplanes, we can create an animation to show how your airplane will need to be handled to fit into the available space inside your hangar, based on the specifics of your airplane.

We can also adjust the positioning to maintain any desired buffer, or distance from anything in the hangar.
